Yes Please Boats Ltd acts as an intermediary between you and charter companies. We are not the vessel operator. The charter agreement is between you and the charter company.

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, including pricing and availability. However, prices are approximate and subject to change. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking.
Limitation of liability
Yes Please Boats Ltd is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the charter itself, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, or cancellations by the charter company.
Booking and payment
Booking terms, payment schedules, and cancellation policies are set by the individual charter companies. We will clearly communicate all terms before you confirm a booking.
